Asante Kotoko are set to loan out five players in the on-going transfer window, according to reports in the local media.
Coach Maxwell Konadu has submitted five players to the management of the club to loan out to gain more playing time elsewhere as he sharpens his squad ahead of the second round of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.
These players include the likes of Matthew Kelvin Andoh, Richard Arthur, Douglas Owusu Ansah, Evans Owusu and Maxwell Baakoh.
All five players have been struggling for playing time at the club, hence the club have decided to send them on loan before the end of the transfer window.
Asante Kotoko are currently 3rd on the league table with 25 points, just three points adrift leaders Aduana Stars.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Football Association has suspended all its competitions with immediate effect until further notice following the directives given by the President of the Republic due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
