Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko are set to part ways with Portuguese sports company Strike ahead of the 2020/21 season.
The Porcupine Warriors will not wear Strike kits next season despite signing a three-year sponsorship deal with them in 2018.
"Kotoko has written to us they want to hold termination discussions with us. I have no problem if they want to opt out," Yussif Chibsah who brokered the deal told Oyerepa FM
According to reports in the local media, some companies like Nike, Le Coq Sportif as well as German renowned firm THB have all expressed interest in kitting the former Ghana Premier League champions.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Football Association following the directives given by the President of the Republic has suspended all its competitions with immediate effect until further notice.
The FA says it will continue to engage the relevant institutions on this matter and update its members and all stakeholders of any changes.
