According to reports Asante Kotoko is set to sign defender Andrews Appau in the ongoing transfer window.
Apau has been a key player for Division One side Bofoakwa Tano and will be joining the Kumasi-based club after extensive monitoring.
The defender will go through the mandatory medical checkup at the club in Kumasi before signing his contract.
Andrews Apau will be Asante Kotoko's ninth signing in the ongoing transfer window as they prepare for the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League campaign.
He was part of the players called up to the U20 team last month by Coach Karim Zito.
Players signed so far in the ongoing transfer window by the Porcupine Warriors are Kwame Opoku, Razak Abalora, Yusif Mubarik, Emmanuel Keyekeh, Abdul Latif Anabila, Patrick Asmah, Emmanuel Sarkodie, and Evans Adomako Wiredu.
