Asante Kotoko striker Kwame Opoku confirms his move to Algierian side USM Algiers

Asante Kotoko striker, Kwame Opoku has confirmed his move to Algierian side, USM Algiers.

The striker who joined the Ghana Premier League side prior to the start of the 2020/21 football campaign has signed a three year deal with the club.

The deal is worth 600,000 euros. The deal was signed in the presence of his parents in the Central Region.

Opoku is expected to leave the country to complete the deal after Black Stars doubleheader against South Africa and Sao Tome in the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifiers this month.

However, a message on Opoku Whatsapp status confirmed he has completed his move to the Algerian side.

Opoku has scored seven goals so far for the Porcupine Warriors.
