Asante Kotoko striker Songné Yacouba has touched in Kumasi to meet the management to discuss his future after an eight-week stay in Burkina Faso.

Yacouba was in his country despite the team returning to camp and preparing for their Caf Champions League campaign.

The 27-year-old, who was on the verge of leaving the club is on the radar of several clubs including Al Hilal of Sudan, who have made an official bid for the player.

The striker's relationship with the club went sour after the Porcupine Warriors rejected offers from other clubs.

He missed the Reds first competitive game of the season in the CAF Champions League against Kano Pillars.

It is unclear if he will resume training with the club ahead of the second leg tie against Pillars at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
