Former Hearts of Oak and Kotoko attacker Charles Taylor has stated that the Super Clash between his two former sides have lost its magic.
According to Taylor, the current games between the two big clubs lack quality players and no supporter can say they are going to the stadium now to watch player A or player B.
The two bitter rivals met at the Accra Sports Stadium in the Super Clash/President's Cup on Sunday. The Phobians beat Kotoko 1-0 to grab the three points and the Cup.
"From 2000 to 2005 and you look at the players playing at that time and you compare that to now a lot of players playing for Hearts and Kotoko will play curtain raiser for the Hearts vs Kotoko clash. I can ask you now that Kotoko and Hearts what players can you mention that we are going to watch them you can't mention," Taylor said on Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com
"You can't because it is individuals that show up today and disappear the next day. We are just seeing positive and negative because the person plays well today tomorrow they play badly. So it is not consistent that oh this player we are going watch him because he will improve more than previous,"
"So for me if Kotoko and Hearts are playing and there is another game going on like Aduana Stars playing I will watch Aduana than Kotoko vs Hearts clasico,”
