Ghana Premier League side Ashantigold Sporting Club have confirmed the appointment of Frenchman Romain Folz as the club new head coach.
The Miners have been without a substantive coach following the exit of Milovan Cirkovic who left the club on health issues.
Sarfo Castro and Thomas Duah to take charge of the team on the interim and ahead of the second round of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
Folz signed a two-year contract with the Obuasi based side.
The 30-year-old arrived in the country on Sunday evening via France Air.
Folz is not new to the Ghanaian topflight, having enjoyed a brief stint with Bechem United last year but left the club due to health grounds.
The Miners are 10th on the league chart with 22 points from 17 matches after the first half of the season.
