General Manager of Asokwa Deportivo FC, Sometimer Otuo Acheampong has confirmed Hearts of Oak interest in signing highly-rated youngster Emmanuel Osei.
Osei has been on the radar of the Phobians following his impressive performance in the National Division One League.
According to Sometimer Otuo Acheampong, the second-tier side has received a letter from Hearts of Oak who have expressed their interest in acquiring the services of the highly-rated youngster.
"We (Asokwa Deportivo) have received a letter from Hearts of Oak enquiring about our player Emmanuel Osei. We have acknowledged receipt and management will meet on that to take a decision," he told Oyerepa FM.
Osei has been one of the standout players in the Division One League so far this season.
Hearts of Oak are currently 9th on the league table with 16 points and will lock horns with Elmina Sharks in match week 12 on Sunday at the Accra Sports stadium.
