Assistant Coach of Inter Allies to lead the side in MTN FA Cup opener

Published on: 22 April 2017

Deputy coach of Inter Allies Wilson Asare will take charge of the side when they host fellow Premier League side Liberty Professionals in the MTN FA cup round of 64.

The club suspended head coach Prince Owusu on Friday due to misconduct. According reports the former Medeama Coach used unpleasant words towards management after their slim 1-0 win over Ashantigold in Match Day 12 of the Ghana Premier League.

Prince Owusu has had a fairly decent run with the “eleven is to one” lads winning three games, drawing five and losing only four but he has been asked to leave until further notice.

This has however left the club to let Coach Wilson Asare to lead the club for the FA Cup game with Liberty until Prince Owusu is recalled.
