According to reports, Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira is set for a move to Atletico Madrid but Thomas Partey has not been included in the negotiations, leaving Arsenal frustrated.
The Gunners have targeted the Ghanaian for sometime now and have even agreed personal terms with him according to reports.
However, Atletico Madrid want his 50 million euro release clause paid in full and will not settle for anything less according to reports.
Arteta is keen on the player and Partey is open to playing in the Premier League and for Arsenal. However, if the move does not happen, he will stay with the Spanish side.
