Ghana international Christian Atsu won the English Championship title with Newcastle United on Sunday after his side beat Barnsley 3-0.
The Ghana international played a key part in Newcastle United's title success and Premier League promotion after scoring five goals in 32 league matches.
Atsu who is on loan from Chelsea and expected to remain with the club on a permanent basis took to the field with family after the game on Sunday to celebrate the team's promotion to the EPL.
