Avram Grant attributes poor quality in the Ghana Premier League to bad salary structure of players

Former coach of the Black Stars Avram Grant has called on the government of Ghana to save local football by investing into players. 

 

According to the Israeli, the various teams in the Ghana Premier League will not get maximum delivery from their players due to bad salary structure and poor pitches.

 

The former Chelsea coach in an interview with Prince Annan on Metro TV revealed players in Ghana league for greener pastures due to these poor systems in the country.

 

"The salary of players in the Ghana Premier League is not good. With this kind of salary, you won’t get certain qualities from the players so government must do something about it."

 

Sources close to Footballghana.com have revealed that some players in the Ghana Premier League earn as low as $150 a month to the desplasure of Avram Grant.
