Currently contracted to Premier League giants Chelsea FC, the once-highly-rated youngster has his future with the Blues in doubt as a result of successive loan spells in the past seasons.

This season, it looks almost impossible for Baba Rahman to enjoy playing time at Chelsea with the club boasting of defenders such as Ben Chilwell, Emerson Palmieri, as well as Marcos Alonso in the position he plays.

In the midst of speculation over a possible loan move for the Ghana full-back, it has now been uncovered that the former Asante Kotoko defender is on the radar of Wolves.

According to sources, Wolverhampton Wanders have already contacted Chelsea on the possibility of signing Baba Rahman and hopes to secure his services very soon.

Baba Rahman, 26, has in the past played for Schalke, Stade de Reims, as well as RCD Mallorca on loan since joining Chelsea from Augsburg in 2015.
