Barcelona management battling to keep Liverpool, Juventus target Rafinha

Published on: 05 June 2017

Barcelona management are growing confident of keeping hold of Rafinha this summer.

Barca have set their price for the Brazil international as Liverpool, Juventus and Roma make contact.

Sport says all three clubs have been informed it will take €30 million to sign Rafinha, who is actually the driving force behind the move.

Barca are confident the valuation will be deemed too steep by Rafinha's suitors, particularly given his current knee injury.

The midfielder isn't expected to play again until mid-August, which is also a concern for interested clubs.

For his part, new Barca coach Ernesto Valverde is eager to speak with Rafinha in an attempt to convince him to stay.
