Barcelona are ready to revive their interest in Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta.
Cadena Cope says Barca management are convinced they can sign the Spain international after Chelsea's swoop for Roma stopper Antonio Rudiger.
Azpilicueta is regarded highly by Barca coach Ernesto Valverde, who tried to sign him for Athletic Bilbao, and has been on the radar of sports director Robert Fernandez.
Last month, the defender admitted he was "flattered" to have been linked with Barca towards the end of last season.
And the Catalans are hoping Rudiger's arrival will have unsettled Azpilicueta in the last 24 hours.
