Former Asante Kotoko head coach, Bashir Hayford has revealed that he will continue coaching if he misses out on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) technical director job.

The experienced tactician is one of 6 candidates who are being considered for the top job at the country's football governing body.

With things not looking that good, Coach Bashir Hayford has prepared himself for whatever will happen. According to him, he is open to coaching any of the clubs in the country if he does not get the Technical Director job.

"If the FA refuses to give me the job, I am still a coach and I will accept any offer from Clubs in Ghana because I'm not old enough to use walking stick", he said in an interview with West FM.

Coach Bashir Hayford has a lot of experience on the local scene after coaching clubs such as Ashanti Gold, Ebusua Dwarfs, as well as Medeama Sporting Club (SC).
