Bechem United midfielder Seth Kwadwo has opened up on the departure of head coach Kasim Ocansey Mingle ahead of the new season.

The trainer leaves the club after guiding them to a third place finish in the just-ended Ghana Premier League campaign to join newcomers Nations FC.

Kasim Mingle has reportedly signed a three-year deal with the Ghana Premier League newcomers.

In an interview with Kessben FM, Seth Kwadwo, who had an amazing season under Kasim Mingle admitted his departure will have an effect on the club ahead of the new season.

“Although his departure will have affect but a new coach will come in with his trend and I think the players at our folds are quality and can adopt to his style” he said.

Kasim Mingle has established himself as one of the top coaches in the domestic top-flight following back to back performance in the league.
