Bechem United have told Accra Hearts of Oak they will not back down on the fee they quoted for lethal striker Abednego Tetteh.

Hearts of Oak tabled an initial amount of GH 700,000.00 for the lanky striker, but Bechem United rebuffed the sum as they believe their prize asset is worth more than the Accra giants are offering and therefore has urged the club to increase the money.

Football Ghana can specifically confirm that the club is bent on cashing on the player, but only to a club that can offer more than when Hearts of Oak initially tabled.

Abednego Tetteh has been a subject of great interest for both local and foreign clubs following his explosive debut season in the premiership with Bechem United in the just ended Ghana Premier League.

The 26-year-old has stated his readiness to swap camp but will do so in the interest of his mother club as he wants both parties to benefit of whatever deal he may come by from any interested party.
