Bechem Utd to offload a chunk of first eleven players after Covid-19 - CEO confirms

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bechem United, Prof Nana Kwasi Darlyn has revealed that as many as 8 first eleven players of the team will be sold after the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. 

The team displayed good form in the Ghana Premier League before it was subsequently suspended and later canceled as a result of the Covid-19) crisis.

Having played 15 games, they occupied the 8th position with accumulated points of 27.

Looking forward to preparing for the next season, CEO of Bechem United, Nana Kwasi Darlyn has confirmed that they will be selling 8 starting eleven players.

“Again, 8 of our first 11 squads will be sold out after this COVID-19 pandemic. We will replace them with our junior side", the football administrator said in an interview with Kumasi-based Nhyira FM.

Nana Kwasi Darlyn further noted that a lot of agents are chasing the signature of young striker Prince Adu Kwabena.

“Currently, there are 43 agents who are chasing for the availability of our striker, Prince Adu Kwabena", he added.
