Benjamin Tetteh finds the net as Sparta Prague beats Liberec in Czech Liga 1 championship

Ghanaian striker Benjamin Tetteh came on as a substitute and scored a goal as Sparta Prague beat Liberec 4-1 at home in the Czech Liga 1 competition.

The hosts had a quick start and needed only nine minutes to find the opener through David Hancko. Liberec showed some perseverance and got an equalizer in the 29th minute through an own goal by Martin Frydek.

Prague regained their advantage just before half time with the strike coming from Michal Sacek.

The hosts turned on the style in the second half and were rewarded with their cushion after Ladislav Krejci found the net in the 74th minute.

Benjamin Tetteh then added more salt to injury in the 94th minute to cap off a massive win for Prague.

Sparta Prague are currently 3rd in the Championship round standings and Liberec are 5th.
