Berekum Chelsea has completed the signing of Wa All Stars winger, Edmund Arko-Mensah.
The Division One side announced the signing of the former U-17 attacker just days after sealing a deal for goalkeeper Yusif Moro who joined from City rivals Berekum Arsenals.
The 17-year-old was part of the Black Starlets team that played at the 2017 Africa U-17 Championship and FIFA World Cup in Gabon and India respectively.
Arko-Mensah becomes the second signing for the Division One side.
