Bernard Arthur: Out of favour Hearts attacker close to signing for Great Olympics

Published on: 20 March 2020

Footballghana.com can confirm that Hearts of Oak winger Bernard Arthur is close to completing a move to Great Olympics.

The former Liberty Professionals man joined the Phobians in 2019 when Kim Grant was the head coach for the side.

After the departure of the gaffer, he looks to have become surplus to requirements and has struggled for playing time in the ongoing 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.

Struggling Great Olympics is taking advantage of the situation and has been in talks with Hearts of Oak over the transfer of Arthur in the current transfer window.

Negotiations have far advanced and the winger is on the verge of completing the move.

His addition to the squad of the Dade Boys is expected to give the side a squad boost as they hope to come good when the suspension of the Ghanaian top-flight is lifted.
