Hearts of Oak legend, Bernard Dong Bortey has backed under-fire coach Samuel Boadu to turn things around at the club after a poor start to the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.

Coach Boadu, who steered the Phobians to a domestic double has come under intense pressure after failing to win any of the four league games played this term.

Hearts lost 2-0 to Ashanti Gold on match week four at the Len Clay Stadium on Sunday.

“The reason why I love the supporters of this Great club. They really know what they want. 🔥🔥 @OfficialBoadu continue," Bortey wrote on Twitter.

After four matches played, the Rainbow club sits 15th on the league log with three points, nine points behind leaders and arch-rivals, Asante Kotoko

The poor start of the club into the new season has left many fans of the club calling for the head of the former Medeama SC boss, who joined the club last term.
