Turkish Super Lig side, Besiktas have now decided to sign Ghana international Caleb Ekuban on loan instead of outrightly signing the player.

As reported in the last few weeks, the Black Stars asset wants a move back to Turkey after his unimpressive stint in the Italian Serie A with Genoa.

Fortunately, there is an interest from Besiktas with the club keen on signing a striker to replace attacker Larin who has left the club at the end of the 2021/22 football season.

Earlier this month, Besiktas made the move to sign Caleb Ekuban from Genoa on a permanent deal but the asking price of 4 million euros scared off the club.

After going back to make a number of considerations, the club has now decided to return to Genoa with a loan offer.

Besiktas are confident that an arrangement can be made for that move to go through.

The Turkish giants are keen on signing Caleb Ekuban to strengthen the squad of the team for the upcoming 2022/23 football season.
