The 25-year-old joined the Bibiani-based club before the start of the season from Eleven Wonders.

Despite scoring two goals from five games this campaign, the enterprising forward says he is impressed with his performance.

“We’ve played five games so far and I admit my performance is below par. If I had scored three or four goals after five matches, I would have been happy. Setting high targets like scoring in every single game will help” he said.

He scored 10 goals in the top flight last season for Techiman Eleven Wonders.

With his first two goals of the season, Laar is second-joint top scorer of the Ghana Premier League.
