Ghana’s Black Meteors suffered the fourth defeat of their Asian tour after a 2-1 loss to South Korea on Tuesday morning.
It was the second defeat to South Korea having lost 3-1 in the first encounter. The team had already lost two games to Japan on a 10-0 aggregate.
The Koreans opened the scoring through Jung Woo-young before Schalke O4 youngster Joselpho Barnes restored parity after the break.
But the Asians were too strong for the Black Meteors as Lee Dong-Kyung's clever pass found Dong-Jun for the winner late into the game.
The defeat ends a disastrous Asian tour for Ghana, who failed to pick a win in four matches.
The Japanese and South Korean teams are preparing for the summer Olympic Games in Tokyo.
