The senior national women's team, the Black Queens have been handed a tough draw alongside Nigeria for the 10th Women's Africa Cup of Nations slated for Cameroon in November.

The Queens were drawn alongside record nine-time champions Nigeria and fast-rising Mali and Kenya who replaced Equatorial Guinea after they were disqualified for fielding an ineligible player in Group B.

The draw was held on Sunday in the Cameroonian capital, Yaounde.

Ghana will be making be making her 11th appearance at the Championship and will be hoping to better their runners-up feat they achieved in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010.

Hosts Cameroon were drawn in Group A alongside Egypt, South Africa and Zimbabwe.

Two teams will progress from each group for the semi-final stage.
