The Black Queens star in April this year sealed a move to the club having parted ways with National Women's Soccer League outfit North Carolina Courage.

After training with the team for weeks, Elizabeth Addo has become very familiar with her new teammates and will be expected to play a key role to help the side in the 2021 football season.

In a tough match against AIK yesterday, the talented midfielder climbed off the match to mark her debut for Djurgardens.

Unfortunately for her and her teammates, they fell short at the end of the 90 minutes with the rivals amassing all three points on the back of a 2-1 win.

On the matchday at the Stockholm Olympic Stadium, Hayley Dowd opened the scoring for Djurgardens before a brace from Honoka Hayashi turned the game in favour of AIK.
