Black Starlets duo of Sulley Ibrahim and Emmanuel Gyamfi are set for trials with English Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool following their exploits at the FIFA under-17 world cup in India.

The two players were key in Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin’s set up at the competition where Ghana reached the quarter finals.

Sulley Ibrahim, having already tried at German Bundesliga side Bayern Munich, was impressive in India, despite missing the first two games. He played in the rest of the games, where he scored a goal against Mali but was ruled out as a foul.

Gyamfi, however, was central to the Ghana team playing in the middle of the park after missing the opening game.

The pair will leave Ghana in four weeks’ time for the trials after they were spotted by scouts at the FIFA under-17 world cup in India.

Meanwhile, Sulley Ibrahim has also emerged on the wishlist of Kumasi Asante Kotoko who are looking at augmenting their squad for the CAF confederations Cup next season.
