The local national team, Black Stars B, managed to beat Division 2 side Golden Kicks in a friendly held at the Ghanaman Soccer Excellence Centre in Prampram.
The game lasted 60 minutes and the local Black Stars recorded a 4-2 win thanks to a brace from Ibrahim Salifu. Daniel Afriyie and Diawusie Taylor scored the other goals.
Golden Kicks are a highly rated side, currently topping Division 2 zone 3A but Salifu and co got the job done.
Annor Walker called up 43 players to prepare for future assignments. The team is expected to engage in more friendlies with Walker expected to pick the cream of the crop soon.
