The head coach of the Black Stars, Chris Hughton has stayed on the Ghana after the September international break.

The experienced tactician had a good time with the Black Stars in two matches played during the break and steered the Ghana national team to two wins.

In the international break, Ghana came from behind to beat the Central African Republic 2-1 in the qualifiers for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tournament.

Subsequently, the Black Stars defeated Liberia 3-1 in a friendly match played at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Although the international break is over, coach Chris Hughton is still in Ghana to monitor players on the local scene.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion manager was at the Sunyani Coronation Park on Friday and watched the Ghana Premier League match between Bofoakwa Tano and Real Tamale United.
