Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac to name squad for 2021 AFCON before Friday, December 30

Ghana's preparation for the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) which will be held in Cameroon is in full swing.

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) indicated today that coach Milovan Rajevac will name his squad for the 2021 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) before Friday December 30.

The Black Stars before December 30 will play three friendlies with the game against Algeria been the only confirmed one so far.

Coach Milovan and his lads will camp in Doha, Qatar on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 ahead of the 33rd edition to the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations – Cameroon 2022.

Ghana have been paired with Morocco, Gabon, and Comoros in C of the TotalEnergies 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.

The Black Stars are in search of their first Africa Cup of Nations title since 1982.

The 2021 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations is scheduled for Cameroon from Sunday, January 9 to Sunday, February 6, 2022.
