Joseph Aidoo, a defender for the Black Stars suffered an injury to the stomach in Vigo's commanding 4-0 win over Cadiz in La Liga.
The 26-year-old was kicked in the stomach by a teammate but was eventually able to get back to his feat after treatment from the team's medical staff.
In the first half, Celta found the net four times against Cadiz, showing their superiority over the recently promoted outfit.
After the break, Aidoo went for a duel and ended up kicked in the stomach by his teammate. The team were left sweating as the Black Stars man screamed in pain. However, Aidoo eventually recovered and was able to play the rest of the match.
Celta Vigo are now ninth on the Spanish top flight table.
