Black Stars are not happy to play for third place - Avram Grant

Black Stars coach Avram Grant has admitted that his side are not pleased to play for third place today against Burkina Faso in the 2017 AFCON in Gabon.

The third-place match is the price Ghana will pay for losing to Cameroon 2-0 in the semi-finals while Burkina Faso lost to finalist Egypts on penalties.

Grant speaking at a press conference last night said he was not sure about his starting XI for the clash because his players were still down and would have loved to play for the trophy instead.

"I myself dont know yet but, its a game of two teams that are not happy. Nobody is happy but we need to represent a country and when you represent a country you need to perform."

Ghana will play Burkina Faso in what many deem to be the losers final today at the Stade de Port-Gentil, in Port-Gentil.
