Black Stars, other national teams must possess to attack and possess to defend – Prof. J.K Mintah

The New Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Prof. Joseph Kwame Mintah has disclosed that he wants to ensure all national teams dominate games.

According to him, he wants to leave a legacy after finishing his new role where the Black Stars will possess to attack and defend.

“The legacy I will like to leave is to see a Ghanaian playing like a Ghanaian. What I mean by that is that we possess to attack and we possess to defend. We transition based on the principles of play and the moment of the game. So, we should play good football both attacking and defending and still be getting the result,” Prof. J.K Mintah said.

Prof. J.K Mintah was appointed Technical Director of the Ghana FA last week after approval from the Executive Council of the football association.

According to the GFA, Prof. Joseph Kwame Mintah will be working with the staff at the Technical Directorate to shape the Technical Direction of the Association.
