Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan has made a return to the national team ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Gyan, 32, who has not featured for the side since the World Cup qualifier against Congo in Kumasi last year has been handed a recall into the side despite his lack of game time at Kayserispor.
The all top-goalscorer for Ghana has battled with injuries and has made only two appearances for his club so far this season.
His return to the national team is however timely as Ghana has struggled to find the back of the net in his absence.
Ghana will host Sierra Leone on October 11 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi as they look to secure victory at home.
