Borja Valero is convinced by Inter Milan's campaign ahead after a superb preseason.
Inter have beaten Lyon, Bayern Munich and Chelsea this summer.
“It's a certainly positive pre-season and we hope to continue like this," the Spaniard told Mediaset Premium.
In Singapore, the Nerazzurri beat Chelsea 2-1 with goals from Stevan Jovetic and Ivan Perisic.
“Playing against some of the best sides and putting in good performances is significant, but we must continue working as if nothing happened.
“From the first moment I arrived, I was clearly told what my role would be at Inter and I'm trying to do my best. We are working well, even if we haven't had much time to concentrate on the concepts of play during daily training sessions."
Valero was asked how far Inter can go this season.
“We set ourselves no limits, we'll see where we are at the end of the year."
