EXCLUSIVE: Bournemouth, Derby queue for Jordan Ayew's signature

English sides, Derby County and AFC Bournemouth are plotting summer moves to sign Ghana and Aston Villa striker, Jordan Ayew.

Bournemouth have enjoyed a superb first season in the Premier League, and have survived comfortably despite being given little chance to stay up before the start of the campaign.

However, to do it again next season, manager Eddie Howe will need summer additions to his squad - and reports suggest he already has two Ayew in mind. Aston Villa forward Jordan Ayew, has been one of the few players to impress in a miserable season for Villa and his eye-cathing displays have convince Bournemouth to take a chance on him.

Meanwhile Derby's interest hinges on their faint play-off hopes of qualifying for the Premiership.

The £6m+ fee would certainly be well within the Rams price range, especially if they are able to overturn a 3-0 deficit to Hull by the lucrative play-off route which will net them between £60m and £100m to fund the deal.

The 24-year-old, signed from Lorient last summer, hit six goals for Villa, and looked to be a player who could make an immediate return to the Premier League, with Villa's relegation confirmed on Saturday.
