Brighton chairman Tony Bloom is excited to be renewing their rivalry with Crystal Palace.

The newly-promoted Seagulls last met their rivals in the 2012-13 Championship Playoff semi-finals, when a Wilfried Zaha double booked Palace's place at Wembley ahead of their return to the Premier League.

With next season's fixture list due on June 14 there's one name Bloom will be particularly keen to spot.

“It's going to be great for our fans and for their fans," the Brighton chairman told reporters. “I think a lot of them will be happy to be playing us in the Premier League next season.

“They're going to be two huge games. It's such an intense rivalry and obviously the last time we played them was a game we all want to forget at the Amex, so we'll all be looking forward to them."
