Ethiopian referee Bamlak Tessema Weyesa has been appointed to officiate will handle the CAF Confederation Cup group C game between Kotoko and Al Hilal of Sudan at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday
The 38-year-old will be at the centre of the match-day five clash and he will be assisted by his compatriot Temesgin Samuel Atango and Mark Ssonko.
The East African referee is not new to the Ghanaian game as he handled the county’s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mauritius on June 5, 2016.
The Porcupine Warriors will welcome the Sudanese giants at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi as they eye qualification from the group stage of the competition for the first time since 2008.
The match will kickoff at 16:00 GMT.
