Caf Confederation Cup: Nigerien referee Rhisa Almustapha appointed to officiate AshantiGold's clash against Akonangui FC in Obuasi

Nigerien referee Abdoulaye Rhisa Almustapha has been appointed by Caf to handle AshantiGold's game against Akonangui FC of Equatoria Guinea in the return leg of the Confederation Cup. 

Almustapha will be assisted by compatriots Sadissou Idi and Salissou Bachir as lines 1 and 2 respectively.

Moussa Ahamadou also from Niger will be the fourth official with Nigerian Sanusi Mohammed as the Match Commissioner.

AshantiGold played out a 1-1 draw with Akonangui FC in Ebibeyin in the first leg of the Caf Confederation Cup.

The Miners will welcome Equatoria Guinean side to Obuasi on August 24 for the return encounter.

The former Ghana Premier League champions need a win or a scoreless draw to progress to the next stage of the competition.
