CAF Confederations Cup: Hearts of Oak to host JS Souara in first leg on November 28

Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak will face Algerian side Jeunesse Sportive de la Souara in the CAF Confederation Cup play-offs.

The Ghana Premier League champions dropped to Africa's second tier competition after a disastrous showing against Moroccan side Wydad Athletic Club in the CAF Champions League.

The Phobians will be looking for redemption in the Confederation Cup by beating JS Souara to make it to the group stages of the competition.

The first leg will be played on November 28, 2021 in Accra and the second leg on December 5, 2021 in Algeria.

Hearts won the maiden edition of the CAF Confederation Cup in 2004, after beating arch-rivals Asante Kotoko in the final.
