The CAF disciplinary committee will give a ruling on the abandoned preliminary round second leg game between Kotoko and Nouadhibou in the next few days.
The game, which was scheduled to be played at the Accra Sports Stadium was eventually called off due to the discovery of multiple COVID-19 cases in the camp of away side Nouadhibou.
It has been revealed that the match officials will give all the facts pertaining to the game to CAF.
The Disciplinary committee will decide on whether to postpone the game or award the win to Asante Kotoko depending on their analysis of the facts presented.
There could be sanctions if a team is caught to have refused to play in contravention of CAF rules.
The first leg, which was played the previous week, ended in a 1-1 draw.
