CAF has denied JS Saoura's plea to allow fans to enter the Stade du 20 Aout 1955 on Sunday when they face Hearts of Oak in the CAF Confederation Cup.
JS Saoura will play the Phobians without fans on Sunday evening after the continent's football governing body (CAF) denied their plea.
According to Algerian Twitter source DZfoot English, Saoura President Mohamed Zerouati was surprised and shocked by CAF's stance.
Saoura is looking to avenge a 2-0 first-leg loss against Hearts of Oak.
The Phobians defeated the minnows 2-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium, with goals from Salifu Ibrahim and Isaac Agyenim Boateng.
