Having arrived in Ghana on Tuesday, the Black Meteors have today trained at the Accra Sports Stadium.

According to a communiqué from the Ghana FA, the team led by Coach Ibrahim Tanko will move camp to Kumasi tomorrow.

“Black Meteors will travel to Kumasi on Thursday to continue preparations for the second leg of the TotalEnergies CAF U-23 qualifiers against Mozambique on Sunday,” a statement from the GFA said this evening.

The second leg of the qualifiers for the 2023 CAF U23 Championship will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 30.

Ghana’s Black Meteors need to avoid a defeat to sail through to the next round of the qualifiers.
