Confederation of African Football(CAF) has warned Asante Kotoko over the current state of Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Footballghana.com can exclusively report that, Caf has written to the Ghana Premier League giants to take appriopriate measures to ensure the venue is in good condition to host CAF Confederation Cup matches.
This came to the notice of football governing body of Africa after the Porcupine Warriors had played two Caf assigned matches in Africa inter-club competition thus against Kariobangi Sharks of Kenya and Coton Sport of Cameroon.
The Reds have been instructed to put the stadium in a suitable state before they play their Group C matches in the Caf Confederation Cup or shift their home matches to a different venue.
