CAF Women’s Olympic qualifier: Black Queens to leave Ghana for Kenya on Sunday

Black Queens of Ghana are expected to leave the shores of the country for Kenya ahead of the second leg tie of the CAF Olympic qualifier on Sunday October 6 2019.

Ghana were held to a goalless draw by the East African country in the first leg encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday.

Black Queens failed to score after creating numerous chances in the keenly and had to hit woodwork three times in the course of the game.

The Kenyans will be heading into the second leg tie with a lot of confidence after an impressive performance in Ghana

Despite the disappointing results, Black Queens head coach Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo is confident her side can pick a win and qualify to the next round of the qualifiers.

The game will come off on Tuesday October 8 2019.
