Caleb Amankwah is set to leave Aduana Stars on a free transfer after talks over a new contract reached stalemate.
The 22-year-old joined the Ogya lads on a two-year deal in 2018 from West African Football Academy (WAFA) and has since been a key cog of the team.
Speaking in an interview with Wontumi FM, Amankwah revealed that there has been a failed attempt by the management of the club to renew his contract.
"It's true that there has been a failed attempt by the management of Aduana Stars to renew my contract," he told Wontumi FM.
"I referred the management of the club to my manager and since then I haven't heard from the club again. I have some few months on my contract with Aduana Stars."
