Celtic are close to securing the services of Manchester City attacker Patrick Roberts on a permanent basis, according to The Mirror.
Roberts enjoyed a wonderful 18-month loan spell at Celtic and he played a crucial role in helping the Hoops claim an unprecedented unbeaten treble last season.
It was widely expected that Roberts would now be returning back to parent club Manchester City in order to fight for his place in the first team at the Etihad Stadium.
However, it has been revealed that Celtic are currently in advanced talks with the Citizens over the permanent signing of the 20-year-old sensation.
