Published on: 13 January 2023

On Friday, January 13, 2023, the CAF TotalEnergies African Nations Championship Algeria 2022 will begin. Algeria and Libya, the hosts, will square off in the first game at 19:00 GMT.

BeIN Sport will provide all of the live action for the MENA area and France, while Canal+, SuperSport, and StarTimes will make sure that viewers in the Sub-Sahara have access to all of the games.

To guarantee that local people can see the CHAN in Algeria, the host broadcaster EPTV will air all the games. Multimedia and GTV will also serve Ghana with live games.

The Black Galaxies of Ghana will play its first game in the tournament against Madagascar on Sunday 15th January. Kick-off time is 19:00 GMT.

After competing in the tournament in Cote D'Ivoire, Sudan, and South Africa in 2009, 2011, and 2014, respectively, Ghana will be making a record-breaking fourth CHAN participation.

Group C contains the Black Galaxies along with Madagascar, Sudan, and Morocco. Ghana's squad for the CHAN tournament is captained by Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Gladson Awako.

The CHAN will also be televised live by a variety of free-to-air broadcasters.
